The History Of The Taphouse…

The Taphouse Brockham

Refurbished in November 2021.

The Taphouse is a public open bar, centrally located in the heart of Brockham Village.

The Taphouse is the perfect destination to enjoy a refreshing drink with family and friends within a vibrant atmosphere.

we offer an array of alcoholic beverages and soft drinks including bar snacks and fresh pastries all the way from Nelly’s farm.

we have a cosy mezzanine seating area with a tv if you want to enjoy a lovely quiet drink and watch some sports or listen to music.

we have Sky and BT sports here to show any sports games that our customers desire.

We hold many events involving live music with bands and solo singers in our village hall and within the pub area.

Want to play a friendly game of pool? We have a pool table which is open to everyone!

We are a child and dog friendly environment!
Everyone is welcome!

Before The Taphouse this space was a membership only village club which is no longer. Anyone is welcome, no memberships are required.
The Taphouse (previously the Brockham village club) and the adjoining village hall were built in 1922. The village club was run by a charity in 1964.

This building is a very sentimental place to many in the village as it holds a great deal of history and families have enjoyed coming here for many years. In November 2021 we opened the bar as the Taphouse and have created a brand new space to suit all. We have received great feedback from our customers and look forward to meeting more of you lovely people.
